Aaaaahhhhhh! I could not wait, but had to wait to watch this. My favorite aspect is how forthcoming you were about your thought processes, what you liked about your art, what dissatisfied you, and how you worked through or past it. It's comforting and educational for other artists to witness that thinking. I feel so grateful.

It was infinitely more fun watching it back with you. 🥰 Surely you must know I am so inspired by you.

I'll try to just take the compliment, but you're my favorite artist these days. I felt so honored to be mentioned when I was marveling at winning choices that had never crossed my mind.

This was SO fun! I was literally just hurkle durkling (haha!) and getting ready to watch art videos, so this was perfect. I love how you glue things in and seeing all your art, and so much of your lettering, like "san francisco" at 6 mins, is gorgeous.

Thanks, Barbara! It would be fun to give each other tours of our art work and outside projects at a design meeting, when you’re back.

That would be great, let's!

Hiiiiiiiii! I love everything about this…especially all of your incredible drawings. So inspiring. And yes to a video about art supplies. ❤️

GREAT sketchbook flip-through! I enjoyed seeing all the parts in one place and the commentary made it super special - not to mention the honesty and real things like stickers, white-outs and such that make it REAL. thanks :)

Thank you so much, Nina. That means more to me than you know! 💛💛💛

I love this so much!!! Totally surprised to get a mention, did NOT expect that! I feel so honored. Over the years I find my journal drawings have become too fussy, sometimes over done. This has totally inspired me to simplify. And also that I think we all struggle when we draw something and don't like it. It just helps to see others whom I admire with the same issue. It does not have to lead to any kind of self criticism. It is what it is. We try again tomorrow. I also feel so grateful!
